Job Description
General Manager - Ibis Styles Ruwi - Oman.
Be an ambassador of the brand and the property as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the (Premium, midscale, economy) marketplace.

You will be responsible for:
· Leading as the primary strategic business leader, ensuring exceptional hotel operations that prioritize customer satisfaction for guests, employees, corporate partners, and owners, while meeting or exceeding financial targets.
· Upholding the highest quality of service and embodying the Ibis brand ethos.
· Enhancing RevPar through effective management of diverse sales channels.
· Inspiring the team by exemplifying the Heartist spirit.
· Ensuring excellence in our Accommodation & Catering offerings.
· Implementing and monitoring procedures to maintain high standards.
· Upholding labor relations, health, and safety regulations.
· Acting as a representative of Accor and the hotel owner in all relevant matter
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
· Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
· Strong customer orientation, commitment, and emotional intelligence.
· Credibility as a point of reference for hotel staff and stakeholders.
· Solid managerial skills to unite the team around shared objectives, with a focus on quality and financial goals.
· Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
