Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facility's equipment and systems, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our employees and guests.

·  Perform regular inspections of the property's facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs
·  Conduct preventative maintenance on various systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
·  Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and systems promptly and efficiently
·  Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
·  Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests in a timely manner
·  Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly storing tools and materials
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions
·  Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
·  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory
·  Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
·  Strong technical skills in various maintenance areas, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
·  Proficiency in using hand and power tools
·  Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
·  Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in facility maintenance
·  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·  Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
·  Flexibility to work different shifts and respond to emergency calls when necessary
·  High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification is a plus
·  Valid driver's license may be required
