Responsibilities:

·  Assist the Engineering Executive in maintenance and operations of general utility equipment.
·  Maintain and operate laundry and kitchen equipment according to specified standards.
·  Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
·  Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules and complete necessary reports and work orders.
·  Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
·  Assist in managing par stock and preparing store requisitions.
·  Identify cost-effective use of resources and maintain accounts of materials used.
·  Practice safety in all aspects of the job and follow all safety and security measures.
·  Report any missing or broken property to the Engineering Executive.
·  Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and be courteous to guests at all times.
·  Keep workshop and engineering machinery areas clean and tidy.
·  Perform any other duties assigned by the Engineering Executive.
·  Helping the Engineer in analyzing all guest complaints and feedbacks.
·  Helping the Engineer in analyzing all machinery history and complaints.
·  Should be aware of company’s business plan.
·  Should be aware of departmental financials.
