Job Description
·
Accounts and records remittance envelopes by screening, tallying, and validating the amount, screening for discrepancies, and preparing reports.
·
Collates all cash collections, prepares reports for each cashier remittance, and secures daily bank rates of foreign currencies.
·
Maintains records of all cash fund holders, updates acknowledgment receipts, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures by Cashiers.
Qualifications
·
Graduate of a degree in Accounting or a related field is an asset.
·
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in general cashier functions in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
·
Excellent communication skills with the ability to focus on guest needs, and with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
·
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PMS Opera.
·
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
