Reception Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:
· Greet, check-in, respond to guest’s requests and settle accounts while providing a professional, personalized and friendly service
· Maintain an accurate room status, organized guest folios and files
· Promotes hotel facilities and in-house services to drive sales
Your experience and skills include:
· Relevant experience in a similar role.
· Fluent in English; knowledge of other language is an asset
· Capacity to work well under pressure in a busy operation
· A good team player
· Reliable sense of urgency
