We are currently seeking a quirky and upbeat superstar to lead our Reception Team!

MISSION
Organizing guest arrivals and departures
To train and motivate the Front Office Team and manage staff rotas to ensure that business needs are met and all staff holidays are covered
To monitor invoicing and cash operations on a daily basis
Handle any customer complaints and provide a swift solution
To build up professional and personable relationships with key clients and regular guests to develop loyalty
Supervises reception and co-ordinates the allocation of bedrooms with the Housekeeper.
You will lead your Team:
- to offer an excellent quality of service to our guests
- to run smoothly the day to day organisation
- to co-operate on improving our guest satisfaction
- to contribute to the development of the hotel
- to generate positive financial gains
