This position reports directly to the Hotel Manager. You will thrive in a busy environment and will love taking on responsibility whilst being a part of the management team.

Management of the day-to-day operation of Front Office and Night Audit functions with a focus on guest relations, recruitment and rostering, while overseeing the smooth running of all hotel departments in the Hotel Managers absence.
Ensure Accor’s guest loyalty and recognition program is maintained and delivered to it’s highest standards.
Motivate and empower team members to problem solve and surprise our guests.
Ensure that the Department establishes and maintains an ongoing quality improvement programe and take action on any feedback.
Minimum of 1 years hospitality management experience.
