Job Description

·  Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
·  Provides accurate and relevant information and services to the guests and delivers it to them in the most meaningful way
·  Up-sells the Hotel to guests whenever the opportunity arises

Qualifications

·  Graduate of Hospitality or any related course
·  With at least one (1) year in the same field
·  Can work in a fast phase environment
·  Good communication skills
