·  Welcoming guest with a warm greeting.
·  Checking in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
·  Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met.
·  Upselling items and promoting our loyalty scheme
·  Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section.
·  Helping other team members in different departments when needed.
·  Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally.

Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Multi-Skilled Receptionist will be able to work as a team but also work by themselves, communicate with there team but also other team members around the hotel. Handling situations in a polite and professional manner to suit guests needs.
