We are seeking a highly motivated Part Time – Food & Beverage Team Leader (Senior Lounge Runner ) to join our welcoming team providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service that meets the guests’ expectations. Our brand new and exciting lounge precinct is set to open mid-May with our three fully refurbished lounge spacing.

Job Description

This role is based within our brand-new and exciting lounge precinct at Adelaide Airport. Our Food & Beverage Team Leader (Senior Lounge Runner) will bring their passion for service to our three fully refurnished lounge spaces. They will be dedicated to creating a welcoming and inviting pre-flight experience for our guest.

Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

·  Lead by example providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service to all guest
·  Assist with supervision of front of house team to support the Duty Manager
·  Initial point of contact for guest and team challenges
·  Communicate directly with front of house team and management to provide them with all relevant information
·  Maintain and improve quality service in our lounges
·  Ensure all team members are following Accor and Qantas policies
·  Proactively promote a safe workplace

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for hospitality and proven ability to lead a team working in a fast-paced environment.

Other requirements

·  You must have Australian working rights to be considered for this part-time role
·  Have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
·  Must have full availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including public holidays
·  Ability to pass a federal police background security check
