Job Description
This is a hands-on role which is focused on delivering exceptional service and experiences to our valued, loyal guests. Guided by the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will have a strong presence in the operations, supervising a talented team.
You will:
· Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
· Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
· Provide guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds expectations.
· Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
· Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
· Implement and establish on-the-job training programs for colleagues.
· Build strong, interdepartmental relationships in the Hotel.
Qualifications
· Experience in Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or hospitality venue.
· Experience in bar and cocktail service, with a passion for mixology.
· A passion for leadership and strong communication skills.
· The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
· Availability to work 38 hours per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
· A valid NSW RSA.
· Valid Australian working rights.
