Key tasks

The Mercure Exeter Southgate is looking for someone to assist with the Food & Beverage Management team to oversee the different areas of the Food & Beverage department.

No two days the same - you could be running a breakfast shift, ensuring that a wedding went smoothly or run the restaurant and bar service in the evening. At the Hotel we like to put the customers first, and we are looking for someone who is standards driven who is able to lead the team and ensure that the guest's expectations are exceeded.
