Job Description

A F&B professional who strives for quality with strong focus on guest satisfaction and is passionate about food, excited to share excellent service and presentation.

F&B is a key contributor to the success of our hotel, striving to deliver quality with our fabulous dishes and beverages. 

A leader and mentor to assist to drive and develop this team of 14+ staff.

Accountable on a shift basis for the operations of the outlet 

To support revenue initiatives and maintain cost control 

A ‘hands on’ approach is required as is to work as part of a team to provide efficient food and beverage service.

Ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant and bar area while on shift

Liaise with other Department Managers on shift to coordinate daily groups, FIT’s and other functions

Provide Host responsible service and monitoring or guests

Determining work requirements and allocating duties

Able to manage guest complaints effectively and ensure solutions are found

Qualifications

Qualifications

A Managers certificate is required or the ability to hold one.

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a FB Operations  

$30.66 per hour
