Job Description

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

In this role you will be assisting the Restaurant & Bar Manager with the daily operation of the Restaurant & Conferencing. Leading the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent & consistent service. Managing guest complaints and enquiries, ensuring you are guest focused at all times.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.
·  LCQ Certificate
·  Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
·  Strong leadership skills
·  Efficient in service procedures
·  Creative and quick thinker
·  Effective time management, communication and problem solving skills
·  Flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays.
·  Customer focused & team player
