BODA, which is located on the top floor of Mövenpick Hotel Auckland, is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to be a part of the team creating memorable guest dining experiences.
This position will suit someone with a passion for food and love for the hospitality industry/ New Zealand Culture. This role will ensure the smooth service of the restaurant and leading a team of wonderful Food & Beverage attendants
Job Description
· Assist with the smooth running of F&B department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food & experiences throughout
· Lead, mentor and train the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
· Ensure that strategies are in place to allow for efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.
· Ensure that Team Members are briefed on all menus, dietaries and special requirements.
· Assist in induction of new Team Members and annual performance reviews.
· Handle any escalated guest complaints whilst on shift
Qualifications
· Previous experience in the Hospitality industry.
· Great communication skills.
· Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
· Food safety and alcohol service certification
