Stellenbeschreibung
· Ensure the smooth operation of food & beverage service in both functions and the restaurant;
· Lead a team of individuals in various roles within the food & beverage service;
· Collaborate on menu and beverage offerings;
· Occasionally contribute to menu planning and pricing decisions;
· Manage inventory and place orders for food and beverages;
· Responsible for training and developing staff members;
· Dedication to ensuring a positive dining experience for guests;
· Reporting to Restaurant Manager & Conference & Events Operations Manager.
Qualifikationen
· Previous experience in a food & beverage outlet at a team leader or supervisor level;
· Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, specifically Opera and Shiji;
· Capability to resolve issues and address guest concerns effectively;
· Keen eye for detail to uphold service quality and presentation standards;
· Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
