Job Description

·  Responsible for giving direction to the entire Food & Beverage Department.
·  Able to improve service standards to increase guest satisfaction and overall hygiene standards.
·  Ability to train others and pass on knowledge.
·  Stimulates sales and profit, controls operating expenses.
·  Participates in menu planning and pricing with Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage Culinary

Qualifications

·  Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage in the management level.
·  Knowledge of Food & Beverage Strategy Planning & Implementation.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to the new normal services.
·  Ability to handle multiple function and pro-active.
·  Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
