Job Description

As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will:

·  Deliver friendly and professional service in a fast-paced environment
·  Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
·  Take initiative to provide exceptional customer experiences
·  Work effectively under pressure and collaborate with team members
·  Maintain a consistent and reliable work ethic
·  Knowledge of food and beverage operations is advantageous

Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

·  Professional appearance and excellent communication skills, with the ability to create Heartist Moments
·  Previous food & beverage experience desirable
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
