Job Description

We are currently seeking  part-time  Food & Beverage Attendants,   with a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing tasks, this role has plenty of variety. 

You'll work alongside the Food and Beverage Team Leaders, Supervisors & Managers to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Your role includes the following tasks (but not limited to):

·  Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings; 
·  Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures; 
·  Take responsibility for your designated section and station whist on shift and 
·  Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.

Qualifications

·  Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate; 
·  Must have flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends; 
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail; 
·  Passion for customer service and 
·  Point of Sale (POS) experience, desirable.
