Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences? Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a delightful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
·  Take orders and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
·  Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
·  Ensure tables are clean and set up according to the standards.
·  Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
·  Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
·  Process payments and manage cash accurately.

 

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
·  Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
·  Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
·  Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
·  Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
·  RSA Certification
