Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following;

·  The efficient running of the food and beverage service function to both meet and exceed customer needs and expectations with a focus on conference & events.
·  Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, employee engagement and training & development etc.
·  Catering to the needs of all guests to ensure requests and needs are met.
·  Liaising with relevant departments with regards to food & beverage distribution e.g. Kitchen.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following;

·  Passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement - always seeking to find the YES in every situation.
·  Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry
·  Flexibility to work a rotating roaster
·  Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
·  A hands on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy.
·  RSA Certification
