We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller as a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

·  Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel unit, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
·  Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
·  Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for the hotel unit
·  Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
·  Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
·  Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
·  Manage cash flow and working capital requirements
·  Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
·  Provide financial guidance and support to hotel management team

Qualifications

·  CA with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
·  MBA  in Finance or diploma related field.
·  Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
·  Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. 
·  Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
·  Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
·  Experience with hotel operations and financial management in the hospitality industry.
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·  Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·  Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
