Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Financial Controller to join our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to develop their career in hospitality controlling, with a focus on inventory management, financial controls, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

·  Support the management of Food & Beverage inventory processes, including assisting with regular audits, maintaining inventory records, and helping identify discrepancies.
·  Monitor operational inventory systems to ensure accurate stock counts and support the implementation of inventory control procedures.
·  Assist in tracking and reporting company KPIs, gathering data from various departments, and preparing regular performance reports.
·  Support budget preparation and variance analysis, working closely with department supervisors to ensure accurate financial records.
·  Help maintain internal control procedures and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
·  2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
·  Basic understanding of inventory management principles
·  Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn industry-specific software
·  Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
·  Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
·  Right to live and work in Italy without visa sponsorship. 

Preferred:

·  Previous experience in hospitality or F&B operations
·  Familiarity with inventory management systems
·  Familiarity with Business Central Microsoft
·  Experience with financial reporting and analysis
·  Knowledge of basic accounting principles
