Job Description

What you'll do...

· 
Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in preparing the VAT return by verifying and recording purchase invoices.

· 
Update the purchase invoice schedule daily to ensure that invoices are paid on time.

· 
Reconcile all banking transactions by matching them to the correct accounts.

· 
Record daily financial transactions, including  receipts and discounts.

· 
Reconcile credit card and online payment transactions.

· 
Update client invoices on a daily basis and ensure timely payments..

· 
Lead one project during the internship period (such as creating an SOP or developing a new process to improve efficiency).

· 
Provide support to the accountant with various additional tasks as needed.
