Job Description
What you will be doing:
You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.
· To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and a demonstrate a professional image for our guests
· To ensure that mise en place is completed shift to shift and during service in order to provide an efficient service
· To ensure a full knowledge of the menu and wine list in order to respond or amend guests requests to their full satisfaction
· To greets guests and establish rapport in order to ensure guest satisfaction
· To ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and in appropriate order at all times
· To ensure all dishes are presented in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications
· To deliver service according to hotel standards and guest requirements in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner
Qualifications
Requirements
· Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
· Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
· Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in premium hospitality brands
· Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result oriented and highly self motivated
· Professional, service oriented, eager to help coworkers, adoptable with changes
· Good understanding of all hotel departments and operations
· High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel
· Knowledge and experience of F&B operation
· Knowledge of MS office programs and Micros POS system.
· Proficiency in English and Turkish.
· High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
· Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule
· Superior communication skills
