Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated F&B Manager to join our team at Swissôtel Damian Jasna , a newly opened 5-star hotel with 150 rooms and suites. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the Food & Beverage department, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are seeking a hands-on leader who will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and foster a high-performing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
·  Develop and implement service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and deliver a premium dining experience.
·  Manage and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous learning.
·  Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menus and optimize food and beverage offerings.
·  Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure compliance with budgetary goals.
·  Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
·  Establish strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
·  Handle guest feedback, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues and consistently exceeding expectations.
·  Recruit, train, and develop the F&B team to ensure high service standards and professional growth.
·  Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall financial performance through effective cost management.

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in an F&B managerial role.
·  Fluency in English and Slovak.
·  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
·  Hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
·  Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
·  Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
·  Proficiency in MS Office applications and restaurant management systems.
