Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Pa Tong, Thailand. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

·  Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
·  Manage and mentor a diverse team of F&B staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
·  Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
·  Analyze financial performance and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
·  Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
·  Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that align with current trends and guest preferences
·  Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and purchasing processes to maintain efficient operations
·  Respond to and resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally
·  Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and F&B-related activities
·  Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
·  Proven track record of successful team leadership and staff development
·  Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L analysis and budget management
·  Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Thai is highly advantageous
·  Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, Silverware) and Microsoft Office Suite
·  In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
·  Understanding of relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations
·  Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues effectively
·  Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
·  Innovative mindset with the ability to implement creative F&B concepts and promotions
·  Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a diverse, international environment
·  Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
