• Assist the General Manager in directing and coordinating all operational departments.
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profits of hotel.
• Develop an empowered team through coaching, leadership and delegation.
• Inspire all teams to deliver consistent levels of service within the Novotel Brand and advocate a guest passion while increasing operational productivity.
• Report to the General Manager, Executive Assistant Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel.

Novotel ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 will be a new opening situated in the heart of the city’s bustling business and entertainment district. This unique new opening will be a combo hotel with Both Novotel and ibis Styles within the same building. Being at a short walk from the Nana and Ploenchit BTS SkyTrain stations, the hotel is within easy access of Bangkok’s main tourist attractions. The vibrant location is ideal for both Business and Leisure travelers with easy access to bars, entertainment venues, shopping malls and must see cultural attractions. The hotel will offer a combined 318 rooms with 185 rooms for the Novotel and 133 rooms for the ibis Styles. Also featured is a contemporary restaurant, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a Rooftop Bar; RedSquare with stunning 270° views across the Bangkok skyline. The hotel will provide on demand drop off shuttle service. The hotel is schedule for opening on the 1st of October.
