Uraian Pekerjaan
· Manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest experience.
· Identify and implement strategic performance drivers to optimize commercial performance and attract a international travelers.
· Create a performance-driven culture that meets the business objectives of key stakeholders: guests, employees, owners, and Accor.
Kualifikasi
· Experience as a Operation Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or other senior leadership roles with strong experience in the Food & Beverage department.
· Good people leadership skills to manage a multi-skilled team We encourage applicants with a passion for customer service and a strong record of operational experience to apply.
