This position is for a Commis Chef working closely and helping all hotel departments.

This 4-stars hotel has 148 rooms and 8 meeting rooms and is located in the heart of the city Centre.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Prepare, cook, and serve food items according to property recipes and standards for à la carte and/or buffet menus
·  Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
·  Communicate effectively with kitchen team members
·  Actively contribute ideas to improve menus and kitchen environment
·  Strive for positive guest feedback

Qualifications

·  Should be able to Multi-Task
·  Can Prioritise tasks
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
·  Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
