What you will be doing:

·  To update the Employee Relation and  Benefit Manager and Manager of Talent & Culture on daily basis on activities and issues in accommodation.
·  To prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Employee Relation and  Benefit Manager and Manager of Talent & Culture.
·  Update on daily/weekly/monthly Follow Up list for Maintenance Requests.
·  To be available for counselling for accommodation related problems (problems between apartment occupants, cleaning of apartment etc.).
·  To inform the Employee Relation and  Benefit Manager and Manager of Talent & Culture of any major disciplinary issues.
·  To maintain an updated inventory of occupancy and space availability in accommodation.
·  To maintain all keys of the accommodation, and manage the key distribution and inventory.
·  To ensure that rooms are ready for new employees, as well as make sure that rooms left in a good condition, based on internal guidelines by employees who has resigned.
·  To receive new employees, check-in and check-out new arrivals and leavers, and to transfer employees if necessary within the accommodation.
·  To be responsible for allocation of spaces, respecting local legislation, benefits code, family status, sex and ethical standards.
·  To coordinate the daily cleaning & maintenance of the accommodation with the Public Area Attendant and with outside contracting companies.
·  To ensure that all maintenance requests from employees are completed within a timely manner.  
·  To coordinate the landscaping upkeep with the respective contracting company.
·  To establish and monitor periodic pest control system.
·  To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Accommodation’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
·  To ensure each new employee receives a warm welcome and are provided with a Welcome Pack, Housing Guide, transportation time table, map of the local area and show around of any communal areas.
·  To ensure a management presence in employee housing by conducting daily rounds and regular audits of the housing facilities and area.
·  Regularly to be update communication boards ensuring they are looking professional and information displayed is current.
·  To be keep and maintain a database for third party maintenance contractors.
·  To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Your experience and skills include:

·  Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
·  Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
