Job Description

·  Ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all departments
·  Acting as the main point of contact for customers and staff, particularly during shifts
·  Dealing with customer complaints, queries, and requests for information
·  Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to by all staff and visitors
·  Managing cash handling and banking procedures
·  Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and managing employee performance
·  Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress
·  Communicating effectively with staff and upper management
·  Ensuring that all facilities are kept clean and well maintained
·  Assisting in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Duty Manager or relevant role
·  Strong leadership and people management skills
·  Good knowledge of operations management
·  Ability to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities
·  Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills
·  Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
