Job Description

·  Sole responsibility and in charge of the hotel’s operations when managers are not on site
·  Leading the team
·  Ensuring safety and security of guests and staff
·  Auditing income and revenue reports
·  Guest check in and departure
·  Managing and resolving guest complaints

Qualifications

·  Availability over a 7 day basis including weekends and public holidays
·  LCQ Certificate & current GM Certificate 
·  A full and current NZ Driver's License with the ability to drive both Manual and Automatic cars
·  1 - 2 years experience in a management/supervisory role
·  An approachable and professional manner
·  Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills
