Job Description
•Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes.
•Management Representation: Act on behalf of the Management in their absence, making critical decisions regarding hotel operations and safety.
•Quality Control: Ensure all team adhere to the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand standards.
Qualifications
•Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role (such as Supervisor or Team Leader).
•Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fidelio.
•Ability to troubleshoot system errors and generate advanced analytical reports is essential.
•Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Business Level).
