Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dry Cleaner to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Dry Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality cleaning services to our valued customers, ensuring their garments are expertly cleaned, pressed, and cared for.

·  Operate and maintain dry cleaning equipment, ensuring proper use of cleaning solvents and chemicals
·  Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special care instructions before cleaning
·  Apply appropriate cleaning methods based on fabric type and care labels
·  Perform stain removal treatments using specialised techniques and products
·  Press and finish garments to a high standard, ensuring they are wrinkle-free and properly shaped
·  Conduct basic mending and alterations as needed
·  Sort and organise cleaned items for customer pick-up
·  Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns professionally
·  Maintain a clean and organised work environment
·  Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

Qualifications

·  Thorough knowledge of fabric types and appropriate cleaning methods
·  Proficiency in operating dry cleaning equipment and pressing machines
·  Excellent stain removal and garment finishing skills
·  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
·  Basic mending and alteration abilities
·  Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
·  Effective time management and organisational skills
·  Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle garments
·  Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred
·  Understanding of textile care and maintenance
·  Relevant vocational training in garment care or dry cleaning is beneficial
·  Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays as required
