Job Description

·  Perform live DJ sets across various resort outlets (pool, beach, lounge, nightclub, events).
·  Curate playlists aligned with guest demographics, mood, and event themes.
·  Collaborate with the Entertainment Team during daily activities and evening shows.
·  Support themed nights, special events, gala dinners, and seasonal programs.
·  Provide musical backing for live performances when required.
·  Adapt music style based on audience response and management direction.
·  Coordinate with animators, performers, and event hosts for smooth show execution.
·  Read the crowd and adjust music accordingly to enhance guest satisfaction.
·  Engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner.
·  Respond to guest music requests where appropriate and aligned with policy.
·  Work closely with Entertainment Manager for event planning and execution.

Qualifications

·  Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented personality
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and politely
·  Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
·  Proficient in basic computer systems (MS Office, hotel management systems preferred)
·  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
·  Positive attitude with a high level of responsibility and reliability
·  Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
