We are currently looking for a Distribution Manager to join our Distribution Team on a one-year fixed-term contract covering parental leave.

Job Description

What your day will look like…

·  Act as the main point of contact for Revenue, Reservations, and Sales regarding interfaces and reservation systems
·  Manage and maintain our channel managers and electronic distribution channels (PMS, CRS, etc.)
·  Maintain interfaces between various systems to ensure seamless data flow
·  Manage rates in Opera Cloud PMS, CRS, and handle content management for our hotels
·  Conduct audits and system checks and support the implementation of new hotels
·  Work closely with the team to optimize online distribution channels
·  Use TARS for automated processes and improve distribution efficiency

Qualifications

Your personality matters more than your CV…

·  Completed training in hospitality
·  Fluent in German and English
·  working experience in online distribution or yield management
·  Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS, Synxis CRS, and TARS is a plus
·  Understanding of technical structures in online distribution
·  Experience with online booking platforms
·  Responsible, accurate, and reliable
·  Confident user of Microsoft Office
·  Above all: team spirit, engagement, and enthusiasm for digital processes
