Job Description
· Oversee and manage all Spa operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with Rixos luxury standards.
· Ensure smooth daily operation of the Spa, Wellness, Fitness Center, and related facilities.
· Develop and implement Spa strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
· Monitor Spa reservations, treatment schedules, and guest flow to ensure operational efficiency.
· Ensure all Spa facilities, treatment rooms, and wellness areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
· Lead, train, motivate, and develop the Spa team including therapists, attendants, and reception colleagues.
· Ensure all Spa colleagues maintain professional grooming, hygiene, and luxury service standards at all times.
· Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
· Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement corrective actions where required.
· Ensure compliance with Spa treatment standards, hygiene regulations, and health & safety procedures.
· Develop Spa promotions, wellness programs, and retail initiatives to increase guest engagement and revenue.
· Monitor Spa inventory, retail products, linen, and operating supplies to ensure proper stock control.
· Prepare departmental schedules, attendance, vacation planning, and manpower allocation.
· Coordinate closely with Front Office, Recreation, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
· Conduct regular departmental meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
· Monitor departmental expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
· Ensure all Spa equipment and facilities are properly maintained and report maintenance issues promptly.
· Maintain confidentiality of guest information and treatment records at all times.
· Ensure compliance with Rixos and Accor policies, procedures, and audit standards.
· Ensure all Spa reports, operational records, and documentation are maintained accurately and updated regularly.
