Job Description
· Deploys the validated strategies and action plans to achieve the Commercial targets in conjunction with the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing.
· Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume.
· Attends major travel trade related functions to promote the hotel.
· Closely observes matters pertaining to competition.
Qualifications
· Previous Sales leadership is required, preferably in a luxury hotel.
· Knowledge of Chinese language will be a plus.
· University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
· Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others, creativity, and strong planning skills are essential for this position.
· Cope well under pressure.
· Highly responsible and reliable.
