We are seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead one of Scotland’s most distinguished resort F&B operations - a visionary leader ready to shape the future of dining at a five-star coastal destination.
The Opportunity
As Director of Food & Beverage, you will deliver the strategic vision for all F&B outlets across the resort. Reporting to the Hotel Manager and working closely with the Executive Committee, you will elevate all food and drink touchpoints from signature outlets and bars to large-scale events.
You will have the opportunity to build, develop and inspire your own leadership team while ensuring the division operates with precision, profitability and passion.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Defining and clearly communicating the strategic direction for Food & Beverage
· Driving revenue growth and delivering strong profit performance across all outlets
· Owning and managing annual budgets, forecasts and financial planning
· Monitoring KPIs and implementing initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency
· Overseeing cost control, inventory management and monthly reconciliations
· Ensuring exceptional quality, consistency and presentation across all outlets
· Building, mentoring and retaining a world-class team of international and local talent
· Protecting and elevating the innovative reputation of the division
Qualifications
Who You Are
You are an accomplished F&B leader with a strong commercial mindset and a refined understanding of luxury hospitality. You’ll bring:
· Significant senior leadership experience within a deluxe international hotel or high-end restaurant environment
· Experience within the UK market
· Proven ability to lead large, complex F&B operations
· Strong financial acumen and a track record of exceeding KPIs
· A passion for innovation, guest experience and brand excellence
· Outstanding communication skills and professional polish
A degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management is preferred; extensive senior-level experience will be equally valued.
