Job Description

This position is responsible for the day to day operations in the different Bars and to develop and lead the guest experience. To demonstrate passion and a strong knowledge of beverage, while maintaining the ambiance of the guest dining areas and empowering the team to animate the beverage experience.

Qualifications

·  Excellent communication skills shown to staff, suppliers and guests
·  Excellent Knowledge of Beverages
·  Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a  beverage management role
·  5 Stars Hotels Experience
