Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for Director- Design & Technical Services. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of assigned hotel projects, ensuring complete alignment with Accor Brand Standards and delivering exceptional design excellence.

As Director – Design & Technical Services, you will drive product definition, space programming, and brand design direction while collaborating closely with VP-Design and Technical Services, regional teams, consultants, and hotel owners to bring distinctive hospitality experiences to life.

·  Lead end-to-end project management of assigned hotel developments
·  Ensure full compliance with Accor Brand Standards and marketing design strategies
·  Define and manage product positioning and space planning
·  Oversee architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams
·  Conduct design reviews to enhance brand identity, uniqueness, and guest experience
·  Manage workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional coordination
·  Source innovative materials, equipment, and design solutions
·  Build and strengthen relationships with owners and key external partners
·  Travel approximately 30% to monitor project progress and ensure quality execution

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline
·  Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hotel design and hospitality projects
·  At least 2 years of experience with a hotel operator company
