We are looking for a resource to join the Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist .
The selected candidate will support the brand’s digital marketing activities and online communication strategy.
ROLE PURPOSE & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Support in the creation and optimization of SEA and Social Media digital campaigns
o Assist with content uploading, updating, and quality checks on the brand website
o Operational content management across third-party platforms (Seven Rooms, Tripadvisor, Google, Yext)
o Support in the creation and updating of content for email marketing campaigns
o Assist with proofreading and copywriting of compelling content
o Monitor Social Media channels and assist in the preparation of regular performance reports
o Maintain and organize the internal image library, ensuring content accuracy and consistency
o Assist in data collection and preparation of reports related to digital KPIs and performance
o Support in the preparation of briefs for photo and video shoots, including logistical coordination
o Monitor competitors’ digital activities and share insights with the marketing team
o Support the update and day-to-day use of digital tools and platforms
o Provide ongoing back-office and administrative support for digital marketing activities
Qualifiche
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
· Proficient in Italian; fluent in spoken and written English; French is a plus.
· Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (SEA, Social Media, Email Marketing)
· Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) as Wordpress
· Experience with third-party digital platforms such as OTA’s, Tripadvisor, and similar
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic tools (Canva, Adobe)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Basic knowledge of digital analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta business suite)
· Interest in photography, videography, or visual content creation
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support multiple projects simultaneously
· Interest in following trends in social media and digital marketing
