Job description
Key tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
• This position will support the Local & Global Design & Technical Services (DTS) team under the supervision of the Global Chief DTS Officer.
• Liaise with the Development team to review prospective hotel opportunities
• Supervise hotels under construction to ensure adherence to brand standards
• Ensure hotel’s opening timeline is achieved
• Review design proposals in relation to AccorHotels brand standards and provide feedback
• Oversee the refurbishment of the RC Hotels.
• Consolidate best practices of AccorHotels’ brands relating to architecture, interior design, Food & Beverage and technology
• Keep up to date on the hospitality industry’s design trends for Rooms and Public Areas in key cities for segments such as the Lifestyle Collections, Luxury , Midscale, etc

Level of Education Bachelor / Licence
Areas of study Building, Architecture
Professional experiences 1 to 2 years
Languages essential English (Primary tongue)
Essential and optional requirements
Knowledge and Experiences:
• Bachelor degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years experience in the architecture industry
• Hospitality or hotel background is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Execel, Outlook, CAD, BIM and Sketch Up
• Good communication skills
• Ability to make decisions independently
• High level of presentation skills
