Job Description

Zlata Praha is back and better than ever. After a complete renovation, our iconic restaurant reopened, reclaiming its place as one of Prague’s most beloved culinary places. With 70 seats and a breathtaking view, we’re not just serving dinner—we’re crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Zlata Praha has long been a favorite among locals and travelers alike. Now, with a fresh look and renewed energy, we’re writing the next chapter in our story and you could be part of it.

Our Chef de Cuisine brings Michelin-star experience and a global perspective, yet leads with humility and heart. He’s committed to nurturing talent and building a team united by passion and purpose.

We operate five evenings a week, allowing our kitchen team to focus on quality, local suppliers, creativity, and continuous growth.
