Uraian Pekerjaan

· 
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food service areas according to hygiene standards

· 
Wash, dry, and store dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools properly

· 
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and back-of-house areas

· 
Operate dishwashing machines and report any equipment issues

· 
Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow food safety regulations

· 
Manage waste disposal and maintain an organized kitchen environment

· 
Support the kitchen team with restocking and maintaining cleanliness

· 
Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Kualifikasi

· 
Experience as a Steward or kitchen support is an advantage

· 
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

· 
Able to work as a daily worker / shift-based schedule

· 
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle heavy items

· 
Good attitude, disciplined, and reliable

· 
Able to work independently and in a team

· 
Good communication and willingness to follow instructions

· 
Committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
