Job Description
·
Monitors and controls all procedures concerning receipts, issuance, hotel sales, food & beverage, and products in the hotel by establishing local policies, assisting in monthly inventories, and assisting in menu costing.

Prepares monthly operations costs, recommends alternatives to improve costs, prepares reports, and verifies, extends, and tabulates inventories.
·
Helps train and guides staff on cost control procedures and practices.
Qualifications
·
Graduate of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset.
·
Minimum of (two) 2 years of experience in cost control or financial management is an advantage.
·
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
·
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and hotel procurement sites.
·
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
