Job Description

· 
Monitors and controls all procedures concerning receipts, issuance, hotel sales, food & beverage, and products in the hotel by establishing local policies, assisting in monthly inventories, and assisting in menu costing. ​

· 
Prepares monthly operations costs, recommends alternatives to improve costs, prepares reports, and verifies, extends, and tabulates inventories. ​

· 
Helps train and guides staff on cost control procedures and practices.

Qualifications

· 
Graduate of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset. ​

· 
Minimum of (two) 2 years of experience in cost control or financial management is an advantage. ​

· 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. ​

· 
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and hotel procurement sites. ​

· 
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
