Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients to increase company revenue
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
· Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
· Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
· Negotiate and close deals with corporate customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients
· Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
· Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and generate leads
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
· Stay updated on company products, services, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
· Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data
· Results-oriented mindset with a visionary approach to sales strategies
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
· Team player with the capacity to collaborate across departments
· Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required
· Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
· Knowledge of the local business landscape in Dubai and the UAE is a plus
