İş Tanımı
· Solicits group and individual business from all segments
· Submits weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director of Sales
· Plans sales trips together with DOS under the direct approval of the Director of Sales &
· Marketing to major marketing areas. Report sales trip results and on potential markets needing coverage.
· Conducts Familiarization Trips from the main markets in conjunction with Global Sales Offices, Head Office, Airlines as well as other sources.
· Works to exploit the new market and suggests them for the Marketing Plan.
· Keeps Sales Executive regularly informed on all policies, procedures, events, present and future situations of the hotel.
· Promotes all special programs of the hotel

· Must have a genuine desire to satisfy the needs of hotel guests and meeting attendees while performing in a fast paced environment
· Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
· Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Very good English Language knowledge (both written and verbal)
· Good general computer skills
· Supervises Corporate Sales Team
· Handles the contracting of all companies.
· Makes local sales calls to the companies and travels abroad for participating travel fairs, workshops, roadshows,showcases, visiting international clients, making presentations.
· Works in close cooperation with the Director of Banquet and Conventions and Front Office Manager.
