Job description

Key tasks

Management of the conference/event operation’s utilising the Heartist Principles;
Meeting, greeting and hosting clients on the day of the event;
Run and actively drive client / event handovers, team meetings and weekly Banquet Event Order meetings;
Manage function room set-ups and servicing ;
Coordinate between Conferencing and other relevant departments;
Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and clients;
Manage the audio visual aspect;
Proactive selling where required;
Manage roster and oversee wage costs for your department.

Experience working in a hotel operational environment required;
